How to change Shut Down button's default action in Windows 7

1. Click "Start Button"

2. Right click the arrow to the right side of Shut Down button.
3. Select Properties in the drop down.

4. In the Power Button Action select the default action for Shut Down or Power button.

5. Click on OK
6. Click on OK.
