How to Turn on or Turn off WiFi HotSpot in Windows 10

1. Click Start and then click on Settings.

2. Click on Network & Internet.

3. In the left pane select Wi-Fi option.

4. Scroll down and select Manage Wi-Fi settings.

5. Turn on/off the option Connect to suggested open hotspots.

6. Got it.
