Windows 7 Troubleshoot Error "Diagnostics Policy Service not running" - Internet won't connect on PC.

Please follow these steps.

1. Go to Start and type: CMD, Right click on returned cmd.exe and select "Run as Administrator".
2. At the prompt type net localgroup Administrators /add networkservice and press ENTER key.
3. Now type net localgroup Administrators /add localservice and press ENTER key.
4. type EXIT and press ENTER key.
5. Restart your computer.

Open services and make sure the services is started.
